Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completeness of your KYC documentation.
bet329 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific set of terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the Player must wager the total bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagers placed on certain game categories — or at odds below a specified minimum — may not contribute fully towards the wagering requirement. bet329 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering conditions, or any other behaviour that bet329 determines constitutes an exploitation of promotional offers.
All bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry date, as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not been used by their stated expiry date will be removed from your account automatically without compensation.
Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the bet329 platform, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player except where bet329 explicitly permits cancellation within a defined timeframe for certain market types. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet details prior to confirmation.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on bet329. These limits are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation and may be adjusted by bet329 at any time without prior notice, including in respect of individual accounts where bet329 determines it appropriate to apply specific stake restrictions.
In the event of an error in the display of odds, markets, game outcomes, or any other aspect of the Platform — whether caused by technical malfunction, human error, or data feed error — bet329 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. bet329 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of such errors.
Cricket betting on bet329 — including PSL, international T20, and Test match markets — is subject to additional sport-specific rules published in the bet329 Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. In-play betting markets are subject to a delay and bet329 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time during an event. Results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
bet329 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond bet329's reasonable control. bet329 will not be liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of Platform downtime or inaccessibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet329's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their bet329 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude bet329's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by bet329 is governed by the bet329 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
